The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has announced the working hours of its health centers during the holy month of Ramadan, starting Thursday, March 23rd, 2023, as the official working hours in 31 PHCC health centers will be as follows:

Family Medicine services and allied services will be provided seven days a week in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM) and an evening shift (from 4 PM to 12 midnight), in the following 25 health centers:

• AI Wakra HC will operate continuously from 8 AM to 12 midnight.

• Dental Services: the above-mentioned health centers provide these services during the weekdays in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM) and an evening shift (from 7 PM to 12 midnight).

• AI Karaana HC provides its services and Dental Services in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM) and an evening shift (from 4 PM to 9 PM).

• Al Jumailiyah HC provides its services and Dental Services in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 11 AM) and an evening shift (from 4 PM to 10 PM).

• AI Kaaban HC and Leghwairiya HC provide their services and Dental Services in one shift only: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM).

"COVID-19’s Test & Hold Facilities"

 • Rawdat AI Khail HC designated as COVID-19’s Test & Hold Facilities will operate 24 hours, all days of the week.

"Urgent Care Services"

 The following 10 health centers will provide Urgent Care Services 24 hours, all days of the week: Gharrafat AI Rayyan HC, AI Sheehaniya HC, Muaither HC, Abu Baker AI Siddiq HC, AI Ruwais HC, Al Kaaban HC, Umm SIaI HC, Rawdat AI Khail HC, AI Mashaf HC, and AI Sadd HC.

"During the Weekend"

 • Family Medicine services will be provided during the weekend in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM) and an evening shift (from 4 PM to 12 midnight). These services will be available in 20 health centers only:

 1. The above-mentioned health centers provide these services during the weekend in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM) and an evening shift (from 7 PM to 12 midnight).

2. During the weekend: AI Ruwais HC will provide Dental Services on Saturdays in the evening shift only (from 7 PM to 12 midnight).

3. During the weekend: AI Khor HC will provide Dental Services on Fridays in the evening shift (from 7 PM to 12 midnight) and on Saturdays in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM) and an evening shift (from 7 PM to 12 midnight).

4. During the weekend: Al Sheehaniya HC will provide Dental Services on Saturdays in the morning shift only (from 8 AM to 1 PM).

"Hotline & Community Call Center"

• The Hotline 40277077 for booking vaccine appointment will operate in two shifts: a morning shift (from 8 AM to 1 PM) and an evening shift (from 4 PM to 12 midnight).

• The Community Call Center providing urgent call consultations will operate continuously through the telephone, 24 hours, all days of the week.
