Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) announced the working hours of its 31 health centers during the holy month of Ramadan, noting that services will operate continuously from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight, for family medicine and allied services.
The corporation stated that 27 health centers will be operating: Al Wakra, South Al Wakra, Al Mashaf, Al Thumama, Airport, Umm Ghuwailina, Omar Bin Al Khattab, Rawdat Al Khail, Al Sadd, West Bay, Al Sheehaniya, Al Wajbah, Muaither, Al Khor, Abu Nakhla, Mesaimeer, Al Waab, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Al Rayyan, Umm Al Seneem, Al Ruwais, Leabaib, Al Daayen, Umm Slal, Madinat Khalifa, Qatar University, and Gharrafat Al Rayyan.
Dental services in these centers will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and in the evening from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
Working hours at Al Karaana Health Center, including dental services, will be 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Al Jumailiya Health Center will provide its services, including dental services, in two shifts: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Al Kaaban and Al Ghuwairiya Health Centers will provide services, including dental services, in the morning only, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The corporation added that the centers on duty during the weekend will provide continuous family medicine and allied services from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. These centers are: Al Wakra, Airport, Al Mashaf, Al Thumama, Omar Bin Al Khattab, Al Sadd, Rawdat Al Khail, West Bay, Leabaib, Umm Slal, Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Madinat Khalifa, Al Wajbah, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Al Rayyan, Mesaimeer, Muaither, Al Ruwais, Al Khor, and Al Sheehaniya.
Dental services at the above centers will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
Al Jumailiya Health Center will operate on an on-call basis during the weekend.
Dental services at Al Ruwais Health Center will be available on Saturdays only from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. Al Khor Health Center will provide dental services on Fridays from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, and on Saturdays morning and evening.
Al Sheehaniya Health Center will provide dental services on Saturdays in the morning only, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The corporation stated that eight centers will be closed during the weekend (Friday and Saturday): South Al Wakra, Umm Ghuwailina, Al Waab, Abu Nakhla, Umm Al Seneem, Al Ghuwairiya, Al Daayen, and Qatar University. Urgent care services will only be available at Al Kaaban and Al Karaana.
Regarding urgent care, 14 health centers will provide 24-hour urgent care services throughout the week: Al Ruwais, Umm Slal, Muaither, Al Mashaf, Al Sadd, Leabaib, Al Wajbah, and Al Thumama (for adults and children), and Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Al Sheehaniya, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Rawdat Al Khail, Al Kaaban, and Al Karaana (for adults only).
The corporation concluded by confirming that the Community Call Center (16000) will provide medical consultations by phone 24 hours a day.
