PHCC Announces Health Center Working Hours During Eid Al-Adha Holiday 2025

The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has announced the working hours of its health centers during the blessed Eid Al-Adha holiday, which will be observed from Thursday, June 5, until Monday, June 9, 2025. During this period, 21 out of 31 health centers will remain operational.

The operating health centers are: Al Wakra, Al Mashaf, Al Thumama, Airport, Rawdat Al Khail, Omar Bin Al Khattab, Al Sadd, West Bay, Al Ruwais, Al Khor, Leabaib, Umm Slal, Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Madinat Khalifa, Abu Baker Al Siddiq, Al Rayyan, Mesaimeer, Muaither, Al Sheehaniya, Al Wajbah, in addition to Al Jumailiya Health Center, which operates on an on-call basis 24/7.

Family medicine and support services will be offered continuously from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM at these centers. Dental services will be available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The centers that will not operate during the Eid Al-Adha holiday are: South Al Wakra, Umm Ghuwailina, Al Waab, Abu Nakhla, Umm Al Seneem, Al Ghuwairiya, Al Daayen, and Qatar University, in addition to Al Kaaban and Al Karaana centers, which will receive urgent cases only.

Specialized Clinics:

Pre-scheduled appointments for patients in the specialized clinics—Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and ENT—will be available in the following three health centers: Leabaib, Rawdat Al Khail, and Al Mashaf. These clinics will operate in two shifts:

  • Morning: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Premarital Clinics:

The Premarital Clinics will operate as follows:

  1. Leabaib Health Center: Thursday, June 5, 2025, morning only from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  2. Al Wajbah Health Center: Sunday, June 8, 2025, evening only from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  3. Al Mashaf Health Center: Monday, June 9, 2025, evening only from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Urgent Care Services:

Urgent care services will be available 24/7 at the following health centers:

  • For adults: Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Al Sheehaniya, Abu Bakr Al Siddiq, Rawdat Al Khail, Al Kaaban, Al Karaana, Al Ruwais, Umm Salal, Leabaib, Muaither, Al Mashaf, Al Sadd.
  • For children: Al Ruwais, Umm Salal, Leabaib, Muaither, Al Mashaf, Al Sadd.

Community Call Center:

The Community Call Center (16000) will continue to offer medical consultation services via phone around the clock, 24/7, throughout the Eid holiday.

Medication Home Delivery Service:

The medication home delivery service will be suspended on the first and second days of Eid (Friday and Saturday), and will resume on the third day of Eid (Sunday).
