Home Health Care delivers primary care-level support for chronic diseases and accompanying health conditions. This includes monitoring, administering injections, providing vaccinations, managing minor wounds, collecting blood samples for lab tests, and offering patient and family education.
Target Group
Qatari citizens aged 60 years and above.
Other information
Prior to receiving the service, patients have to meet PHCC’s eligibility criteria and comply with the care management plan decided by the medical team.
